By registering an account or using Sumo Predict, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Sumo Predict is a free prediction game based on the Grand Sumo tournament calendar. Players predict the outcomes of real sumo bouts and compete against each other in a ranking system that mirrors the sumo hierarchy. The service involves no real money, betting, or gambling of any kind.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may not create multiple accounts or impersonate another person. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to manipulate the ranking or scoring system
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other players
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

5. Privacy

We collect your username and email address solely for the purpose of operating the game. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your email is used only for login purposes.

6. Availability

Sumo Predict is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Tournament schedules follow the real Grand Sumo calendar and may be subject to changes outside our control.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer

Sumo Predict is a hobby project provided free of charge. It is not affiliated with the Japan Sumo Association. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from use of the service.
